How long will it take for my order to be shipped and when will I receive it?

Depending on the brand, orders may be shipped the same business day or within 1 to 2 days. In rare cases, unforeseen delays may affect shipping times. Generally, you can expect delivery within 4 to 7 days. If a longer delivery time applies, it will be indicated on the product page.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a full 100% refund before it processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at support@kalloslondon.com if you wish to cancel. Once shipped, the order is subject to our 30-day return policy.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

Please inspect your items upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery slip. If you suspect damage without having opened the package, write "suspected damage" on the receipt. For any damaged items, please send photos to support@kalloslondon.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I place an order?

To order online, click on "Add to cart", proceed to payment, then enter your shipping and billing information.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing payment authorization and your shipping and billing information. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

Yes, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided for each order. Please print it and keep it for your records.

Can I modify my order?

You can modify your order free of charge before it is processed or shipped by sending an email to support@kalloslondon.com . Any price difference will either be refunded or charged.
