What should I do if my product is damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery slip if possible.

If the package appears damaged before opening, write “suspected damage” on the receipt.
Please email clear photos of the issue to support@kalloslondon.com. and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order is shipped?
