UNCONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY – 30 DAYS
At kalloslondon.com , we strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all our customers. However, we understand that you may sometimes wish to return an item. If you wish to return a product, please contact our support team. They will provide you with return instructions and assist you with the process if needed.
30-DAY RETURNS
Any item can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from kalloslondon.com , you can return eligible items for a full refund within this period—no questions asked! The refund will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and its condition confirmed.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The item must be in a resalable condition.
 - It must be in its original packaging, without any signs of use or removal.
 - All original parts and accessories (e.g. drain plug, overflow) must be included.
 - Printed materials, such as manuals and accessories, must be returned.
 - The product must show no signs of wear (scratches, marks, glue or sealant residue, etc.).
 - Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) is required.
 
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 4 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or on your card, depending on your financial institution.
Returned items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund. Items damaged during installation are neither refundable nor returnable.
RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING
In rare cases, we may accept a return without the original packaging. Please contact us first to request a return label. This request must be approved by our customer service department. Approval is not guaranteed, and each case is assessed individually.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to request a replacement. Please include photos of the defect with your request to help us process it more quickly. Once your request has been verified, a replacement product will be shipped to you.
INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or incorrect deliveries caused by incorrect addresses entered during the ordering process . Once an order is registered in our system, no changes can be made.
To ensure successful delivery, please enter your full and accurate address : complete street names, house/apartment numbers, correct abbreviations, and any necessary routing information.
